Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Orders are typically shipped within 24 working hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends, festival holidays, and official public holidays, via a trusted courier service.
A flat shipping charge of ₹150 applies to all prepaid domestic orders within India.
As each Sonjaie piece is part of a limited-edition collection, we accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Each order can be shipped to one shipping address only. If you wish to deliver items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Undelivered or Re-delivery Requests
If an order is returned or undelivered due to the customer being unavailable at the delivery address or refusing delivery, and the customer requests re-delivery of the same order, the following will apply:
- An additional shipping charge of ₹350 will be applicable
- The customer must repay the shipping amount via the appropriate payment channels
