Shipping (India Only)

Orders are shipped within 24 working hours (excluding weekends and holidays) via trusted courier partners. A flat shipping charge of ₹150 applies to prepaid domestic orders. As Sonjaie pieces are part of limited-edition collections, only prepaid orders are accepted (COD unavailable). Each order can be shipped to one address only, and shipping details cannot be changed once placed. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or refusal and redelivery is requested, a ₹350 shipping fee will apply. For assistance, please write to orders@sonjaie.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of our jewelry, Sonjaie does not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order is confirmed. In rare cases of verified defects or transit damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with order details and photos; we may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. Minor variations in color or finish are natural and not considered defects. Exceptions, if approved, must meet strict conditions, and Sonjaie’s decision will be final. Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible under any circumstances.
